I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a beautiful location surrounded by a forest, which provided a pretty view from my room. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were impressive.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The spa services were excellent and the breakfast was satisfying. the quiet and peaceful natural surroundings added to the relaxing atmosphere.
The location was quite remote and difficult to access. the rooms had a musty smell and could have been cleaner.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location in the beautiful El Chico national park was absolutely breathtaking. The service was top-notch, with room service and grocery shopping service available. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The hotel offered tours and ticket assistance, making it easy for us to explore the area. Our room had a terrace with a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals outside. The hotel also had a lovely patio and a restaurant with a bar and lounge area for relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Located in an area with beautiful scenery, this hotel is a perfect spot for hiking and exploring nature. Guests can enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding forest, and some rooms have a river view. the attentive staff, clean rooms, and good breakfast options make for a memorable stay. Visitors can also take advantage of the lovely spa facilities available at the hotel.
One negative aspect of the hotel is the loud music coming from a neighboring property, which can disturb guests trying to sleep at night.

We recently spent our Christmas holiday at a hotel located in a beautiful area surrounded by forests and rivers. The hotel offered a fantastic spa experience that was definitely one of the best aspects. , we enjoyed an exceptionally good restaurant that really made our stay memorable. the hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful, which enhanced our experience.
We did have some issues during our stay. The hotel was far from the town and required a car to access.
